Joseph J. Mancuso, P.A.’s Response to COVID-19

Our team at Joseph J. Mancuso, P.A. prays that everyone remains safe and healthy during this unprecedented crisis. In the meantime, we are taking several measures to ensure the safety of our clients and community. Until further notice, we are no longer scheduling in-person consultations or office visits.

We are, however, offering FREE initial consultations by phone, Zoom or Skype videoconferencing, and we have temporarily extended our regular office hours(by phone) to M-F 7:00 AM to 6 PM for both current and new clients. Additionally, Mr. Mancuso is reviewing emails frequently to ensure you receive the support you need in a timely manner. Please be patient as we are having to implement new technology and it is evolving.

To ensure we make the best possible use of your time, we highly encourage you to scan and email/fax any documents we will need from you prior to our phone or videoconference consultation. Please email documents to mail@jmancusolaw.com or fax them to 321-422-4941. If you do not have access to a computer or fax machine, please use U.S. Mail. Safety and public health are of the utmost importance at this time, and social distancing is one of the most powerful methods we can employ to combat the virus.

Fortunately, many documents related to bankruptcy and other financial or legal procedures are available online as well. If you have filed bankruptcy, you will likely need to appear by phone rather than in-person. We encourage you to let us help you find solutions to any issues that have been exacerbated by the coronavirus.

Ultimately, we have closed our office to in-person visits because we want to protect your health and safety. We continue to follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for cleaning, and we are closely monitoring CDC reports for updates on the coronavirus and how it might impact our communities. As we become aware of new information about the coronavirus, we will be sure to let you know. You can also find the latest updates from the CDC here.

Circumstances are changing on a daily basis. Please continue to check our site and your email for additional changes and news from our firm. If you have questions or need immediate assistance, contact us at (407) 378-5488 today.
